A YMG city chapter is not a club. It is not a meetup. It is a small group of people who have decided that something needs to change in the world and are willing to meet regularly to figure out what that means in practice.
The format is yours to define. Some chapters discuss research. Some take on local actions. Some exist purely as a space for the kind of thinking that doesn't happen anywhere else. The only rule is that it stays real.
YMG provides a network — connections to other chapters, access to research, and a shared framework for thinking about the world. We don't provide a script. The chapter is yours.
We also provide the first three gatherings' worth of conversation starters, curated from the work already happening across the YMG community worldwide.
Not a committee. Not a team. One person who will take responsibility for making it happen. Everything else — the group, the format, the location — follows from that first decision.
